If you get a 503 message, it is because you are being too aggressive with the del.icio.us servers and got throttled. Here is the link that explains it:
Is anyone else having problems with the del.icio.us assignment. Everything was working fine and then suddenly I started getting this error. Is any one else experiencing the same thing. Looks like the server crashed.

Also, is the voting restricted to residents of London? If so, I don't see how you can compare % of UK traffic to % of US traffic. One is a local election -- the other is national.

I have learned you can track individual links to pdfs and other non-html content with Google Analytics, but it appears to require moving the tracking code (see http://www.google.com/support/googlea...).

I am unsure of the due date of HW2. I know that you talked about the assignments for the first part of the class on Monday, but I don't recall the exact due date for HW2 nor is it on the wiki that I can see.
I added a section to the bottom of HW2 on the wiki for people to place links to their homepage. Seemed like an efficient way to visit everyone's site quickly and generate a lot of good data.

Prediction Markets
There is a company called predictify in San Francisco Bay Area. They came to the spring career fair last week. I thought their business model is pretty interesting. Hopefully, professor will invite them to give use a talk.
