About: I frickin' love the stuff we're studying. If you're interested in data mining, startups, human behavior, ideas, anything - and by "interested" I mean if you want to start a project and need some brainstorming / coding done, send me a line. I've got too much energy and not enough projects on my queue.

What I study / where I work HelloMovies.com (alpha testing), data mining, behavioral economics, computational neurobiology, startups
What I do best eat, read, learn/play any instrument you can hand to me, decomposing problems, planning things, climbing steep learning curves
What I want to learn what direction the web is moving, where innovation is most likely to occur, basics of web mining (bots, etc.)
What I am most curious about in the area of people and data building behavioral models of decision making based off of web records, making UIs more intuitive, programming/desigining for people like my mom (non-engineers)
What I like best about this course not only is the content interesting - but the actual format of the course is so much cooler than most others.

This site reminded me of the very last presentation in class the other day. You can view and purchase what celebrities are wearing:

Hey, all:

TechCrunch mentioned Friends For Sale. Especially interesting is the mention of competitors:
